SÜDWIND successfully hosted two Co-Design Workshops — one hybrid and one face-to-face — bringing together a diverse group of educational stakeholders. From primary and secondary educators to representatives from higher education, VET, adult education, business, and the public sector, both settings were filled with expertise, experience, and fresh ideas.

The goal? To collaboratively design the foundation of an upcoming MOOC — defining its learning outcomes, pedagogical approach, and core content. Participants were introduced to the MOOC framework in advance, enabling focused and meaningful discussions throughout the workshops.

The result: rich exchanges, strong cross-sector dialogue, and a shared vision for a high-quality, inclusive learning experience.
