Ονομάζομαι Αμανατιάδου Γεωργία και εργάζομαι σε Γυμνάσιο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Είμαι εκπαιδευτικός ΠΕ83  και από το MOOC Aelia προσδοκώ να εμβαθύνω στην εκπαίδευση για τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξηώστε να μπορώ να ενισχύσω τη σχετική κουλτούρα και στάση στους μαθητές/τριες μου. Our school is currently organizing an initiative to transform its rooftop into a bioclimatic space — a sustainable intervention that aims to raise awareness among students and the school community about environmental responsibility and green architecture.

Expectations from the AELIA MOOC:

I hope to gain practical tools and methodologies to implement Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) more systematically in my teaching practice and across school initiatives.

Είμαι η Βάγια Ζήκα, Σύμβουλος Εκπαίδευσης Φιλολόγων νομού Ξάνθης. Στόχος μου είναι να εξοικειωθώ με τον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων σχετικών με την προώθηση της βιωσιμότητας αλλά και να συμμετέχω σε ένα δίκτυο εκπαιδευτικών που θα εργάζονται για αυτόν τον σκοπό.

During the current school year, together with students from the 1st and 2nd grades of junior high school, we implemented an environmental project focusing on agritourism and the sustainable development of our community. We explored the potential our region offers for alternative tourism and the utilization of environmental resources. We emphasized the production of local products, traditional flavors, cultivated the school garden, and organized a bazaar and music and dance events.

From Aelia, I hope to learn green practices that connect the school with the local community. Additionally, my goal is to participate in educational networks focused on sustainability.
