Hey everyone, my name is Anna, I am from Austria and currently studying English to become a teacher. 

For one of my courses, I have to complete the AELIA MOOC - I don't have any experience with teaching something ESD related yet and I'm looking forward to make use of any input I can get (:

My Name is Mika and I am from Luxembourg. I am currently studying to become a primary school teacher. I am interested in sustainability in education and I would like to learn how to include it in my future teaching. I hope to gain practical ideas and better understand how to teach children about sustainable development.

Hallo, my name is Christina, teacher in an middle school, my subjects are biology, physics, science and geography, so it´s important to combine these subjects and try to show how important it is to protect our environment. Pupils should learn how they can handle in their daily life to protect the environment, how they can change the world before it´s to late (air pollution, less water, climate change, etc)

Hi everyone,

my name is Bettina Gartner and I'm a teacher for 5th to 8th graders. In Austria we call it "Mittelschule". I teach Englisch, home economics, sports and arts and crafts. In our school we are sustainable and we implement sustainability in many different aspects, for example on Wednesdays every class has 2 lessons where we teach stuff besides the official curriculum: mental health, nutrition, sports, environment. 

I really hope to get some new ideas and maybe even a whole project for our whole school out of this MOOC.
I'm excited to learn some new and interesting facts, teaching methods etc.
