Hello! I am Georgia and I am a teacher in a primary school in Rhodes. At our educational institution, we have integrated some activities related to Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), such as recycling programs, environmental awareness actions, and participation in related European projects. While there is still room for growth, both staff and students show interest and willingness to be more actively involved in ESD initiatives. Through the AELIA MOOC, I hope to gain a more structured understanding of how to apply ESD in the classroom and at the school level. I would also like to learn about best practices from other educators and enrich my teaching methods with innovative tools that promote sustainability in education.
